HybridHub is an upcoming coworking space that encourages a better life/work balance. A healthy environment is created to favor interaction, productivity, and tranquility.
My graduation project will be a combination of a new way how we could work, live, and relax. I want to give people in their busy lives the opportunity to take a break, come together and change their routine. We work more from home and have fewer fixed hours, but the result is that boundaries between work and leisure have become increasingly blurred.
In my concept, I want to reduce this pressure by arranging the working environment as efficiently as possible and making it accessible so that you can be much more productive. This new concept provides workers and visitors with relaxed and informal spaces as well as areas for focused work.
The first location of HybridHub will be placed in Tilburg. The building will be adjusted to the needs of the users by changing the façade, floor plan, layout, program, functions and interior items.
