We’re living in the 2020’s and the use of smartphones and technology has become integrated with our lives; it is an extension of ourselves, a medium to communicate, collaborate, create and share. This happened so fast that we hardly had time to think about the way our relationship with our devices, and each other through it, has changed over time.
With Queen of the Screens I explore and visualize my own relationship with my devices, and with other people, through the screen I am looking for connection. In turn, I ask the viewer to question their relationship with their own devices.
