Just three of the world’s hundred biggest architecture firms are headed by women, this form of social inequality has the result that the world we live in is mainly designed for and by men.

This project is about the importance of involving a diverse group of people in the designing process of a meeting place in a local neighbourhood.

The Collaborative action toolkit, is a toolkit that goes through the steps of designing a community centre. The focus of this process is on the residents of the neighbourhood. This project is about diversity, bringing people together, an accessible space and above all, working together. Collaborating with a diverse group of people, respecting each other and exploring each other’s ideas.
