“Memory Keepers” explores what it means to savor comfortable memories through the medium of creative journaling. A pocket sized booklet tells the story of a girl on her memory keeping journey and its importance, which is part of different journal kits and a workshop to make your own memory tangible. So think about it: what memory will you keep?

“‘If only there could be an invention’, I said impulsively, ‘that could bottle up a memory, like scent. And it never faded, and it never got stale. And then, when one wanted it, the bottle could be uncorked, and it would be like living the moment all over again.’”

Rebecca, Daphne du Maurier

‘The Memory Keeper’ is a booklet that encourages people to record their memories, by both the storyline and the journal prompts within. It’s a result of elaborate research into how our human mind remembers experiences, and how we can be more present with the events we want to cherish.

One of the most effective and fun ways to record a memory, is through creative journaling. Pick a photo, add keepsakes and memorabilia you collected and decorate your journal page with stickers, washi tape, post it notes, you name it, to give the memory an extra touch. Incredibly valuable to look back on!

The stickers included in the journal kits are all related to the booklet, inspired by literal and metaphorical memories. Stickers are very versatile and can have the magic to spark up the things we wish to remember. What memory will you cherish?
