TEMPORAL KALEIDOSCOPE
Temporal Kaleidoscope captures and reveals my exploration and representation of time as an art-form, inviting participants to embrace the interplay between stillness and movement, between reality and virtuality and between physical and digital. It encourages a reimagining of temporal boundaries, amidst the chaos of our modern world, where randomness and an overwhelming influx of information prevail. This installation offers viewers a precious opportunity to pause, an intentional moment of reflection, it encourages them to embrace a sense of stillness.
By hacking the conventional concept of time, the installation creates a sense of stepping into a different dimension where stillness and movement coexist in harmonious tension. Each fragment encountered becomes a manifestation of the present moment, presenting a distorted yet captivating pictorial representation of time.
Critiquing the perception of time is not the objective, instead, it is to view the layers of time from a poetic standpoint, fostering conversations and interweaving them into experimental narratives. The installation challenges viewers to construct their own narratives and interpretations, actively engaging with the displayed content. It uncovers new ways and methods of visual communication and paves the way for otherdesigners to find inspiration in the utilization of time as a tool itself, a boundless source of creative potential.
