“Noted” is a 2D animated short movie about being labelled and the mental toll it causes. It shows a personal experience told as a visual metaphor and is shown from the point of view of a nonbinary person, who tries to get on with their daily life but encounters labelling everywhere.
With “Noted”, I want to tell a story that is quite personal, but can be relatable to many people. I want this short movie to bring visibility to nonbinary and trans people specifically, while also telling a universal experience which everyone can be a part of.
