A Line is a clothing collection that navigates the resignifying process of woman’s identity, transforming from a patriarchal society’s passive object into an active subject through intervening stages of alienation. By taking on not only conventionally feminine roles but also traditionally masculine ones, the collection portrays woman’s authentic identity formed from a variety of archetypes. Romantic clothing elements are entangled with activewear and workwear to visualize the puzzle of identities present within every woman.
