I’m proud to present “Get a Taste of Zero Waste” a recipe book combining my passion for food and sustainable living. It addresses the challenges of waste, overconsumption, and the impact of our daily choices on the environment. It invites readers to explore a more mindful and delicious way of life.

I have researched and reflected on these issues and know how hard it can be to find the right information and start a zero-waste lifestyle. This book is my way of making it easier for anyone who shares my concerns and aspirations.

Together with chef Jelmer van der Meer, I have created a practical, easy-to-follow guide that combines my personal experiences with his culinary expertise. Recipes champion the use of seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, and there are handy tips on food storage, preservation, and conscious consumption. “Get a Taste of Zero Waste” is a comprehensive resource designed to inspire and support readers in their quest for a more sustainable future.
